Delivery
Delivery on both subscriptions and single issues is free, worldwide. We don't charge P&P on anything, anywhere.
We ship books in a padded envelope (or box for large orders). Single orders are sent by first class post (UK) and airmail (international). Delivery times on single-copy orders are:
UK: 3-5 working days.
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days.
If there's likely to be a delay with your order, we'll get in touch and let you know.
Subscription copies are sent out in advance of publication date, so should arrive with you around that date. (For example, our first issue, Various Authors, should arrive at subscribers' homes around 18 April 2011.)
Lost and damaged issues
If one of our books arrives lost or damaged, please get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement copy for you.
Renewing your subscription
When you purchase a subscription, we'll send you an email telling you which issues are included. When your subscription is about to expire, we'll pop a card in with the last issue, reminding you that it's time to renew, and letting you know how to do that.
Cancelling your subscription
If you purchase a subscription and then decide that you no longer want it, please get in touch, let us know that you'd like to cancel, and we'll refund you for any unsent issues.
We don't automatically renew subscriptions, so you may prefer to simply wait until your current subscription expires.
Contacting us
Our contact details are here. We recommend getting in touch via email: we don't maintain a full-time office staff, so there's not always somebody by the phone, but emails can reach us wherever we are.
