Our Authors

The short story anthologies published by The Fiction Desk contain some of the best writers working in the genre, from first-timers to more established names (as well as those who've made their debut with us before going on to become household names).

Over the years we've had the honour of featuring a huge and diverse array of talent, including new work by Charles Lambert, James Benmore, and Alex Clark, supernatural tales from Philippa East and Amanda Mason, and grown-up stories by the popular children's writer Alastair Chisholm. And there's plenty more to come…
