Julia Patt

Julia Patt is an ex-legend tripper and perennial grad student living in the US. She holds an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was a fiction editor for The Greensboro Review. She currently edits 7x20: a journal of twitter literature. Her young adult novels — i was a fourth grade zombie slayer and Through Waterless Places — were both shortlisted for Mslexia's 2012 Children's Novel Competition, and her short fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in such publications as Phantom Drift, The Fabulist, and Modern Grimmoire. She lives in Maryland, where she attends the Graduate Institute at St. John's College and updates cemetery records for her local Historical Society.

Julia's story 'At Glenn Dale' won second prize in the 2013 Fiction Desk ghost story competition.
