Michael Hurst grew up in Essex and now lives in Cheltenham with his wife and daughter. As well as writing, he enjoys taking photos, playing the piano, and walking in the Cotswold countryside. He was shortlisted for the 2018 Newcomer Prize and hopes to finish his first novel this year.
