Flash Fiction Competition
We've published some great stories as a result of the flash fiction competition, but we've decided to focus on reading our standard submissions, and we're no longer running the competition. We still welcome submission of short stories from 1,000 words and up, so it's still worth submitting your longer flash pieces to us.
Sending us a short story submission has some great advantages over entering the old competition:
- It costs less than entering the competition.
- You'll get a quicker response (we usually reply within two weeks).
- Your submission doesn't have to stand alone: if you choose to, you can include any supporting or background information in the synopsis field of the submission form. You can also send more than one story to give us a better idea of your overall work.
